Annual Renewal via the Member Portal
We’ve brought your Annual Renewal experience into the 21st century
For the first time ever, you will be completing your annual renewal online through CPSO’s new Member Portal, which launched in September 2020.
The Member Portal allows you to login and get access to the services and applications you need to practise medicine in one secure place. It’s also helped us improve and modernize the annual renewal survey, making it faster and easier for you to complete. You will be asked to update your contact information and other preferences, including whether you’d like to continue receiving the paper version of Dialogue or go paperless and just receive the digital version.
To complete your annual renewal, you need an account for the new Member Portal. If you haven’t created one yet, visit CPSO’s website and click the “SIGN UP” button in the top right corner to setup your new portal account.

Log into your new Member Portal account and complete your annual renewal survey by clicking on the “Membership Renewal” tile in the portal dashboard.
Monday, June 1, 2021 at 5 p.m. EDT:
Deadline for submitting your completed renewal information and annual fee. (There will be a late payment penalty fee for any fees received after June 1, 2021.)
