Beginning Monday, April 7, 2025, you can complete your Annual Registration Renewal on the Portal. As part of the process, please review and update your contact information and other practice details on your profile.  

The process to complete your annual renewal should take approximately 10 minutes. We continue to hold the annual fee amount at the same rate and accommodate inflationary increases through internal efficiencies. Ontario’s fees are the lowest in Canada among provincial medical regulators.   

Important dates and information about the 2025 renewal:   

Monday, April 7, 2025 at 9 a.m. EDT:  

Log in to your Portal account and complete your Annual Registration Renewal Survey by clicking on the “Registration Renewal” tile in the Portal dashboard.   

Monday June 2, 2025 at 5 p.m. EDT:

Due date for receiving your completed renewal information and annual fee. A late payment penalty will be applied for any fees received after the deadline.
