Beginning Monday, April 13, 2026, you can complete your Annual Registration Renewal in the Portal. As part of the process, please review and update your contact information and other practice details on your profile.
Completing your annual renewal should take approximately 10 minutes. The annual fee amount has not changed since 2018 and Ontario’s fees continue to be the lowest in Canada among provincial medical regulators.
